RETURN  POLICY

 

  • For the soul collective  will accept any clean, unworn items of full price for exchange , store credit  or refund within 14 days from the customer receiving the item. The items need to be returned in similar or original packaging  with a pre-paid return address envelope. 
  • Please note:  Earrings, due to hygiene cannot be exchanged.   
  • If the return is received in poor condition (not resalable), your item will be sent back to you after an invoice has been paid for the cost of your return shipping or pre paid return envelope. 
  • Responsible care must be taken when wearing your jewelry.  Accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewelry won't be accepted for refund/exchange.  
  • While we always ensure all jewels are assessed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery. Any orders with damages or faults that have not been brought to our attention within 14 days of being received will not be replaced or refunded as we cannot confirm the damage was caused in transit.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

If you provide us with the incorrect address you are liable to pay a additional shipping fee to have your order reposted.
